• I would like to return of my purchase.（返品をお願いしたいんですが。)
• Can you confirm if the deliver man has visited my house? I did’t get a package but I recieved SNS and it says package has delivered. (配達員の方に配達に来たか確認いただけますか？荷物を受け取ってないにも関わらず、SNSで配達済みのメッセージを受け取りました。）
